MDJXS-2000 Torque coefficient tester

According to the needs of the bolt construction site, this test measuring instrument has two functions: calibrating the electric torque wrench and measuring the torque coefficient of the bolt. It can not only calibrate the output torque of the four specifications of our factory's fixed torque wrench: 600N.m, 1000N.m, 1500N.m and 2000N.m, and with the corresponding fixture, it can also measure the torque coefficient of M16 to M30 large hexagonal high-strength bolts. It has the characteristics of fast sampling speed, high precision, convenient range change, simple operation and high reliability.

Calibration of the tester:

When the displayed numbers differ greatly from the values measured by other methods and are considered to be inaccurate, and after one year of continuous use, they should be returned to the manufacturer or a qualified metrology department for verification and identification. 6. Maintenance
⑴The instrument should be placed in an indoor room temperature environment, where there is no strong vibration, and the humidity should not exceed 80%.
(2) In the wet season, power on for 2 hours a day. Newly purchased and long-term storage instruments must be dried with a hair dryer and powered on for 1 hour before use.
(3) When used in areas with large power grid voltage fluctuations, an AC voltage stabilizer greater than 1KVA should be installed to ensure that the electric wrench and the instrument will not be affected by voltage fluctuations in the measurement of the value.
