Electric impact wrench tester MDJCJ-2000

The MDJCJ series torque tester is a split-type instrument for measuring torque over a wide range. It is widely used in production control systems and is an easy-to-operate, highly accurate, and economical testing tool.

1、 Characteristics

III、 Precautions

(1) Do not place the testing instrument in areas with high dust, vibration, direct sunlight, or corrosive gases (for use under the body), and use it in an area with an ambient temperature of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃ and humidity below 70%;

(2) All functions of this tester can be used after the power is turned on, but to achieve the accuracy within the specifications, please preheat for more than 5 minutes;

(3) Do not use torque tools that exceed the maximum allowable load to avoid damaging the instrument;

(4) Do not strike or place heavy objects on the display screen;

(5) Before use, first confirm whether the torque instrument displays zero values on the tracking status LCD screen, as the instrument is highly sensitive to environmental conditions;

(6) Do not open the back cover to verify various components, or do so for other reasons;

(7) The charging time should not exceed 6 hours; Do not use the charger for other purposes;
